I am working two jobs and studying at the same time right now. This semester is pretty hectic with the workload of assignments which is crazy!!!! ;(
My still working at Nando's but not as much as before because i work more on this little cafe called Bossy Boots. I started working there 21st April 2008 and that was when i just return from Malaysia=3. Anyways the first month working there was like hell, because i was slow and bla bla bla and i will cut the bull crap hehe now I am doing fine and i love my job. The people there are fine and is fun working in a busy kitchen.

A month ago, i slice of a piece of flesh from my index finger using a slicer ><" ouch? i will share with you guys some pictures:

Emotions Vs Decisions

We always make wrong decision because of emotions. True ? False?

Some say yes some say no. It always happen to me because i am a weak minded kinda guy? Guess it is really my biggest weakness. Therefore decision making was never one easy thing for me to make but i am improving slowly.... =p

Few days back I make an awful decision and why is that so? Thanks to my feelings that clouded my mind. Oh hell, man I got to deal with and super shit feeling for the past two days.

Today someone really gave me a good slapping to wake me up....open my mind I am glad this person did that.

But i wonder will I remember this lesson in the future ? =( I am forgetful too LOL

Do not ever open your keyboard screws!

Yesterday I was trying to be hardworking and so I took my dirty keyboard and dust it out and wash the keys one by one taking it out and putting them back after drying them. It was a pretty long task to complete =0 Anyway after drying them back i took it and place it back to my computer. After dinner guess what? They key pads I think got shock circuit or something. Well, when i pressed 1 key it came out 2 words. It was pretty annoying so i took my key board and took out all the screws and when i took out the back cover, man it was a big mess. All the rubbers for the key pad droped on the floor and scatter every where and i need to find it and fix it. Well cut long story short, Took me 3 hours to fix it. My god! Consequences being a smart arse, I miss LOST which was one of the good episods. Oh well, haha today as me and Stace walk to Blackburn Rd for lunch he told me about it. It was raining as we walked back and is cold today. I wonder, what will happen tomorrow ....

Pudding

As you can see this is a pudding made by Boring aDrian =). Anyway this pudding is bake. It looks hard but actually is soft and has a beautiful taste when you bite it. I made it separately with the sauces. Ok , let me get my book and see what is the name of the sauce already... i cant remember..

Here we go, it is Sauce Anglaise...

Sauces Anglaise

Ingredients

3 egg yolks
30g sugar
300ml Milk
1 Vanilla bean

Method
Add the 3 egg yolks to a bowl

Add the 30g of sugar into the bowl of egg yolks and whisk it but do not whisk it too long.Whisk it just to have the mixture of the sugar and egg well mixed.

And slowly add the 300ml of milk into it and use a wooden spoon to stir it to mix it well.

Take a pot, fill it with water and boil the water. When the water is boil put the bowl of mix egg and milk on top of the pot.The purpose of doing this is to stir the mixture while the steam from the pot heats up the bowl. Keep stir till it thickens.
Onces thicken pour it into a clean container and let it cool down awhile.

Add to the fridge and you can use it later when ever you want.

Pudding

Ingredient

100g Butter
100g Sugar
2 Eggs
150g Self Raising Flour
100ml Milk

Fruits Strawberry, Kiwi, Oranges, Rock Mellon

Methods

First take the 100g of butter and add it into a bowl together with the 100g of sugar.

Use your CLEAN hand to mix the butter and sugar by squeezing the butter with sugar.

Onces you have finish, the butter should look like in a solid shape where the sugar has already combine with the butter.

Use a whisk to whisk the butter till it become creamy.

Get your 2 eggs ready in a clean bowl, mix it togather.

Add your eggs mixture into the butter that have been already whisk.

Whisk it till it looks like alittle watery brown which is normal.

Later on, add the flour and milk a little by little. Onces you add a small amount of flour and milk. Stir it properly and continue to add till you add all of it into it.

Onces done, pour mixture into a cup or a small bowl, and put into the oven in heat of 175°.

Approximately 20minuts but you need to check on your pudding often enough to prevent it from over cooking.

Onces done in the over, take it out and you can garnish with icing sugar on top and with your fruits. Easy?

Auttum

Is been awhile, felt so lazy to write my blog but today is different =)

As usual, every Friday i will clean my room and vacuum the house to add on more task i also wash my tea towels for preparation for tomorrow's class.

This few days the weather had been pretty good with the rain. Hopefully this winter it will rain more and there won't be any drought problem any more.

Class have also been fun with all the seafoods i recently cook. Just yesterday i ate around 8 oysters but the first oyster cause my knife to break because i used a smaller knife instead of a big knife. Oh well, but the oysters, they were good.

Leonie, my classmate. She join us in one of the class cos she needs to repeat the same subject as we are doing at that time. Onces she completed it, she no longer came to our class. Class for me that time was kinda boring because she is the only person that is so fun to irritate. Few weeks later she join back our class. Oh i guess my fun is starting to begin again. Anyway she is a lesbian but it gives me a great suspicion that she is not really a full lesbian. The thing is she like to touch guys but she told me she is in love with a girl who she kissed last few weeks =0

Well thats out of the point.

Oh God, I am having so much free time. I am just waiting for my interview for my part time job. Sitting around used to be my hobby in Malaysia. But sitting around in Melbourne doing nothing is really.....really..... sigh... I am bored and i need something to occupy me before i go crazy. I guess working just keep my mind busy and i wouldn't think and rubbish or crazy stuff and at the same time i can get some money. I am planning to safe money to go back to Malaysia this December. Is going to be hell worth the trip. My friends are already planning to drink with me when i go back.

Speaking of friends, my friend Yew Sing, same age as I am, is getting married. Congrats buddy. Yew sing was my classmate during primary school. I never like him at that time because he is just too naughty. That was the past, as we came togather in secondary school we had the time of our life . Ha ha ha, as i write this, reminds me of the old days.
Well any way he is getting married at July if I am not mistaken. Well i cant be there at his weeding. Oh good news, he is becoming a father as well in 7 months time XD cool aye.

Well going to go out dinner later. So i might as well take a bath.

Summer 38°

Summer has never been good when is 38° 39° or maybe worst when is higher. What worst is that when ur life turns upside down till it gets bad like 39°. Today was my first day of class and it has already been 38°. But everything when out alright. My class today start at 1pm and ends at 9pm. Well, my first class finish at 3 pm and we got to wait till 6.3opm for the next class. The best part was when we were waiting for the class to start a staff told us that our lecturer is not coming =) so class was canceled. Is a good thing also because I can celebrate my cousins birthday. He turns 17 this year and I learnt alot from him.

A shout out to you if youre reading this, have a good time in Bangkok. I just want to share something to everyone who reads this. Is about faith, it goes by:
"Faith always helps us to achieve somethings is life and when u ever feel that ur faith is low you should take it step by step. Take faith as the stair case, You walk up the stairs step by step till you reach the top and you dont need to see the whole stair case to reach to the top".

After 4 days and 4 nights in Sg long, I finaly came back to Seremban. Many things happen in such a short period. There are some good and bad. The good part is i really get the time to be with my long lost friends. We like got united back again. aDi,aDy, Shushi, TBQ, BigBird, Yang and a very lost friend so happen to show up at E-Century(Cafe) Alanang. I was satisfied with my trip there =). About the bad part, well don't want to talk about it, its kinda sad.

Well last Monday, we went to Time Square to watch movie, The Battle Of The Wits. Is a good shoe and after our movie, we went to Lau Yatt to check out some computer hardwares. Yea not forgeting my ex class mates went to cheras to visit them on the next day.

Here I am now, is 2 am now. Well theres nothing much i can do at this time so i just type a few things in my blog just to update it. Now there this thing that really is bugging me. My visa, i got to get it down as soon as posible but im just to lazy to start. Well but tomorrow is a must.

Time is limited, im going to miss so many people. =)

After morning service I am here writing my blog. Yesterday night my bro and me we watched 2 TV series straight, Lost and Prison Break. We wanted to watch Heroes as well but it was too late already. These are the few of my favorites TV series- Lost and Prison Break.

Theodore Bagwell From Prison Break. They call him T-Bag, he is one of my favorite character in Prison Break. He is a gay freak..hmm ops i mean bisexual.

Working Days Are Over

Finally, my working days are over. I will never ever work in a company which runs by a "China Man Style" Why? Because they give tons of work and with such small amount of pay.
Today is Day 5 after i quit my job. Now I'm too free and I spend most of my time facing the computer. Just yesterday i fall sick because of the raining season, well it sucks my flu really annoys me.
Tommorow I will be going down sg long to meet up with my housemate. Well I miss those days where i was in Sg long. Well after i come back from Sg long it's going to be a busy day. Need to do my visa and medical check up. Its pain in the ass doing all this.
Very soon i will be leaving Malaysia and there a peoples in my life that I do not want to leave such as my friends, close ones families and so on. It will be difficult adapting to an new enviroment for me because I never feel comfortable being in new enviroment and I do not like to be in a new enviroment. Hopefully I will get use to it.=)

I finsihed it after my lunch break,after finishing it I got nothing to do.Seriously I just sat there, walk around becoming a snake. The time past so slow. So I plan to take a nap to make the time past faster. I took a stool, put it inside the fitting room, close the door and sleep inside. The problem was i cant sleep. Im dead exausted now, just came back home and i have a urge to write something i felt about my day today .
For the past last week till now, things havent been going well. Working 12 hours a day and bad stuff keeps coming one after another, what more can I get???
Hell Yeah!! for the past 8 years my life is like a living hell, yea man is like everyday shit is been thrown at your face.Is like the world is agaist me.For crying out loud can someone help me? Well there isnt anyone who can help execpt myself. Im am the one who will bear it all. I always asked myelf, why am I in this crap? why does it have to be this way?

My friends, I love them very much.They make me smile and laugh in good times and bad times you can find them beside me.Honestly, looking at the mirror I can see myself as a failure now and at times I wish I could be as lucky as few of my friends. They are lucky to have what they have.Sometimes I just feel like swaping place with my friends but merely that is totaly impossible, great dream though. Hopefully they treasure what they have. 20 years in this preassuring world, I realize, love is like a rose. Let me describe deeper. Rose is beautiful and has a beautiful sweet smell.It is a atracttion to all eyes, the torns togather with its green stem blinding us from its torns, it can cause us to bleed. Rose is like love, beautiful and sweet. Love is blind and loves can cause pain. Ok conclusion, i sucks big time in love.

From what I believe, each and everyone of us have a gift,hidden deep inside us. If we only can believe that we can acheive what we are looking for then we can do it.
Ask yourself this, what are the things you desire to have? what are the steps to acheive it? What are you going to do about it?

No matter what are your dreams are, there is always a barrier, a force which will stop you from trying. How are you going to acheive it? To those who are reading my blog now, I ve been going through shits all my life, it hasnt been the best time of my life yet. Sometimes i feel that why bad things happen to me? Mayb is because of my complicated attitude.Some say that im selfish, uncaring, unfriendly and so on. Well this are the things that will bring you down to low shits.=) I will only take it as a part of my lesson in life. I learn to open my mind now, to accept others opinion towards me. If we close our mind towards opinions, we will never improve the way we are.So from what im state above just now, obstacles will always occure. Never ever give up because no one can fail to acheive their dreams, the one who cant acheive their dreams is because is they give up too easily. Be patient and what you seek will acheive. Also note that we need to work hard for it.

What A Day.......Phew~

Today morning was already so rough...What a great start for a bright morning. Today work starts at 10am and end at 10pm but theres this event on the first floor that need to clear up so I worked OT today.DAmm

What happen was my department was the slowest to clear up ahhaa... Well in the end we rush to pack up.Everyone was exausted. "Stimmy",my friend helped me to pack up..whahahhahah he is small size but strong.

Wokie let me describe a little abt Stimmy. He likes to show his muscle whenever we meet and like to bang me around with his strong arms. Im already so weak and yet got bullied.

Ok let me explain..usualy when i go to work,all workers need to go through the staff entrances. And when u go out each time, the sequrity have to check our body.

Well wat exactly happen...theres this idiot name Shamshul. By looking at this name you can imagine how idiotic his name sound, worst is his dam face "sui yong". Theres one day I was on the phone, and he saw me chating on the fon out side the staff entrance.Usually that is the place all the security sit there and be a damm snake..So i needed a place to use my phone and I call standing there.Just because I am a chinese, he chase me away rudely. I mean wat da fuk? But at that moment i din give a damm.

Few days later....

He was sitting at the entrance, it was his day that he checked the workers who wanted to go out or home.So when he check me, he look at me like a bladdy bitch. HAha
then ordinary workers he will just feel the body part and the lower part of the leg once.BUT when come to me he checkec me feel me un and down 3 damm repeating times and he squese my damm poor phone so hard. Wat a jack ass.

Just got it cut yesterday. Im wondering how much better I look... X) heeehe
Well I got it cut at a saloon name Wood. Hair cut cost me around RM24 with out washing. This lady, name Branda she was incharge of cutting my hair.She is a beautiful lady,she is fair and have a great healthy hair.There is this person who brought me to this saloon, well she is even more beautiful in many ways =P

On the 24 September 2006, Something that I ve lost have been found again.Well I could say that I ve gone through so much and suddenly I have found back something so precious to me.Well i guess when you lost something which is important and that moment you have already lost it will only make us realize how important it is to us.I guess I ve always taken things for granted.Well let me see, I think I have taken most of the things for granted =)

Is been two weeks now, and I started to think again, am I taking things for granted again? Is a difficult day for me, where I sometimes have work preasure and preasure form family, is hard for me to really control myself.
